I'm honored to be invited to contribute a piece to the EBPCO Fest 2026 Silent Auction, taking place Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Shershow Studios in Oakland. EBPCO Fest is an evening of photography, food, community, and celebration — the silent auction is one of its highlights and helps sustain EBPCO's gallery, darkroom, workshops, exhibitions, and community programs.
For the auction, I donated an 8.5x11 framed print of Jesse Square Reflection, a black-and-white film photograph I took in January 2025 of an older man sitting alone in Jesse Square in San Francisco, reading, his reflection caught in a small pool nearby. Something about his stillness caught my attention.
Grateful to EBPCO for the invitation to support their programs this way.
